Credit cards accepted Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money orders, and Cashier Check.

Orders other than credit card orders will not be shipped until payment is received.

Returns

We want happy customers. Sometimes it is necessary to return an item. You must have a return number via a phone call before any item will be accepted as a return. Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

• Pre-approved return number is included with your return You have 5 days from receiving you costume to call and request a return number.
• Merchandise must be in new condition, unused and in or with packaging.
• On returned items, buyer shall be responsible for shipping cost both ways.
• The following items are non-refundable: leotards, bra tops, trunks, or special order items.
• There is a 20% restocking fee for customer mistakes.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days and shipped in the order that they are received. We ship UPS ground and US mail. If an item is not available you will be contacted to decide if you want a partial shipment, back order, or to cancel. Back-orders will be charged an additional shipping fee when they become available. Priority shipping can be arranged but you must call to get the information.

$5.00 to $50.00 = $9.00
$50.01 to $100.00= $14.50
$100.01 to $200.00= $20.00
$200.01 to $350.00= $26.00
$350.01 to $600.00= $34.00
$600.01 and up – Will be automatically charged $34.00 and charged separately for additional shipping charges which will be based on total order amount above $600.00.

Hawaii and Alaska and International order will have extra shipping charges. Please call for International shipping information. A $5.00 service charge for international paper work will be charge on international order. *No guarantee on arrival date on rush deliveries.
